Welcoming a child into your life doesn’t always go as planned or envisioned.  Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders are the most common pregnancy complication.  If you, your loved one or someone you know has been experiencing more worry, less joy, disconnection, isolation, irritability or is acting “different” after the welcoming of a child, please reach out. 

Pregnancy loss and infant loss also come with complicated and heavy emotions. If you or a loved one has lost a pregnancy or infant and are looking for support, please reach out.
